Shipping
Items are processed/shipped typically in 1-5 business days from order placement. Since a lot of items are handmade and finished, your patience is appreciated with each order.
Please be sure to double check the mailing address you leave as I am not responsible for items being delivered to incorrect addresses due to wrong input. If you move during shipment it is not our responsibility to track down the package and get it to your new location. madebyNattie is not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our hands.
We take great care when making and packaging our items. Once they are shipped they are no longer in our care but are in the care of the post office. If your item is received damaged that is not a reflection on madebyNattie, but how it was handled in the mail. Please contact us and we will try to replace it for you.
madebyNattie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Shipping within Canada
All orders placed within Canada are shipped using Canada Post. Items shipped with Canada Post will usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Due to any postal delays, items can take up to 8 weeks. With standard shipping there will be no insurance and no tracking information available. If you are needing tracking please choose express shipping when checking out and this will include a tracking number.
Shipping to USA/International
All orders placed outside of Canada are shipped using post and generally arrive in 7-21 days. Some countries may subject the parcel to customs/duties, especially packages containing jewelry. Processing times are beyond our control and arrival times may vary. madebyNattie is not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURNS/exchanges
Due to limited quantities and collection runs, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. Please contact info@madebynattie.com if you require immediate assistance regarding any issues with your order. Exceptions may be made for exchanges on a case by case scenario. Please contact info@madebynattie.com directly.
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days.
Please be sure to double check your address when checking out. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, please get in contact right away within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo of the damaged item in order to resolve this issue.
Please be advised that the daintier pieces, need to be treated with care and a gentle touch. If items have been treated outside of the care guide, plated items put into water, or abrasive chemicals have been used in cleaning, we will not be able to refund/replace or resend.
Please treat your product with love and care! With items being plated we do suggest taking your jewelry off before showering or jumping in the water to avoid any discoloration. Also note, that brass jewelry will naturally oxidize over time if not cared for properly so ensure to keep your pieces in a cool, dry area.
